CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
a. If registration is canceled after completion of the Congress,
reimburse may be requested up to 10 calendar days after the event (November 10/09) and a penalty
corresponding to 10% of the fare will apply.
b. If registration is not canceled upon completion of the Congress, reimburse will not be
made.

How to make your payment?
For payments in Colombia and the rest of the world: through the
Telecommunications Research Center - CINTEL.
In the event that the company holds responsible for the payment of one or more of its
employees and delays several days the issuance of it, please in addition to this format, send a
letter of request or order of service including:
• Participants full name.
• Identity card and position in the company.
• Explain that the company will assume the registration payment for the seminar.
